ユーザー同意書
この同意書はKCとあなたの合意を構成します。利用承認、会員権の保持のためにはすべての条件に同意しなければなりません。
ユーザー権利
このサービスを利用するユーザーの権利は、KCの取り決めによる制限事項、規制及び条件に従うものとし、KCは独占的な決定権を保持します。KCはいかなる場合でもユーザーサービスを停止または中止する権利を留保します。

このサービスは20歳以上の方に限らせて頂きます。 ユーザーは20歳以上であるという旨を表明し保証します。
モニタリング
KC会員はIM(インスタントメッセージ)及びチャットルームにて交流を行います。KCはその内容をモニタリングする事はいたしませんが、不適切と思われる行為があった場合はその権利を留保します。
行為規範
不適切な行為に目的にこのサイトを使用しない。

下記、KCが決して認めない行為の例です。これらの行為をした疑いがあるユーザーについては調査を行い、場合によっては、サイトへのアクセスを禁止します。

KC会員の資質
全てのKC会員は下記の原則を守っていただきます。
“他人からされて嫌な事は他人にもしない.”
責任
全ての会員は自分の行動に責任を持つこと。万が一、不適切なメール、中傷を受けたり悪用されたと思われる場合は直ちにKCまでご連絡下さい。
敬意
全ての会員は互い及びKCサイトに敬意を表すること。いかなる不適切な行動も許容されません。

互いに親切・礼儀を持って接すること
常識
個人情報を公開し合い、他の会員と会合などを設ける場合、常識を持って行動すること。個人情報は守秘すること。

Although we can never have complete control over what people do and say, we expect our members to live by the following Rules and Expectations. Monitoring
Our members communicate with each other through instant messages and chat rooms. We generally will not monitor these interactions. However we reserve the right to do so if we expect inappropriate behavior.
Code of Conduct
You will not use this site for any form of inappropriate behavior.
Inappropriate Behavior
Below are examples of behavior KC WILL NOT TOLERATE. Anyone suspected of exhibiting these behaviors will be investigated and if necessary banned from the website.
The following are prohibited:

- Promoting or distributing materials for solicitation of funds, advertising or solicitation of goods and services. Members are prohibited from sending any kind of mass messages or announcements. All advertising must be approved by KC.
KC Members' Qualities
We expect all members to follow the Golden Rule,

Responsibility
All members should act responsibly. If you receive any inappropriate messages or suspect abuse or misuse, please contact us immediately.
Respect
All members must be respectful to each other and the KC website. Any and all forms of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Courtesy
Be nice to each other.
Common Sense
Please exhibit common sense when divulging private information and setting up meetings with other members. Keep your private information, private!
